Fibrous hamartoma of infancy is a rare, benign soft tissue tumor that typically occurs within the first two years life. The histogenesis unclear. It most commonly found in axilla, shoulder, inguinal region, and chest wall usually solitary malformation located subcutaneous or reticular dermis. Local recurrence uncommon treatment largely successful by local excision. clinical course prognosis excellent.
